Lottie is a Teaching Fellow in Equine Management. She is particuarly interested in teaching equine husbandry and handling to pre-clinical students, with a passion to help students develop experience and confidence in handling horses in a clinical setting.

Lottie has always had a passion for working within the equine industry.
Lottie gained her BSc (Hons) in Equine Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation from Writtle Univeristy college in 2014. She then spent 3 years working as a equine physiotherapist before joining the 91°µÍø in 2017, where she worked in the Equine Hospital.
Lottie started her role as a Teaching Fellow in Equine Management in 2021 and gained a Post Graduate Certificate in Veterinary Education in 2024 and has progressed onto the Post Graducate Diploma in Veterinary Education and is set to complete in 2025.
Lottie primarly teaches on the BVetMed course to Gateway, Graduate Accelerated BVetMed, BVetMed 1 and BVetMed 3 years. She is Deputy lead on the Animal Husbandry module on the Veterinary Gateway programme and the Animal Husbandry module on Bachelor Veterinary Medicine year 1. She also teaches on the Bio Science Applied Animal Welfare module.
Lottie tutors Bachelor Veterinary Medicine students in years 1 and 2.
Lottie helps with the equine summer school, teaching the students who attend the pre-Veterinary summer school
