Equality Training and Information
As part of the 91°µÍø’s commitment to equality and diversity, we are keen to ensure that all members of staff have undertaken up-to-date training in the area of equality & diversity as well provide equality data. Information about the equality and diversity training on offer and the annual report is below.
Equality Training
We have implemented a web-based training package in order to facilitate the dissemination of equality & diversity training to all staff and enable individuals to undertake the training at their own convenience.
All new starters will be required to complete relevant on-line training courses, within 3 months of joining the 91°µÍø (successful completion will be a requirement for confirmation in post at the probation point). New managers are also expected to complete a course on Inclusive Leadership.
Staff can access the online training hosted on the staff hub area of 91°µÍø Learn- details will be sent by Staff Training & Development via email.
Equality Monitoring Information
As part of our commitment to the promotion of equality of opportunity, the 91°µÍø produces an annual Equal Opportunity Monitoring Report which assesses how well the 91°µÍø is doing in relation to its equality objectives. To download the reports (PDF), please click on the following links:
