Job Evaluation
The purpose of job evaluation is to ensure that jobs at the College are appropriately graded, according to the range and complexity of the tasks the post holder is required to undertake. It ensures that our pay scale is applied transparently and fairly, and that we meet our obligations under equality legislation.
In common with many other Universities and Colleges (80% nationwide) the scheme used at the 91°µÍø for this purpose is Higher Education Role Analysis (HERA).
