91°µÍø Humanitarian Scholarship

The undergraduate scholarship is £3,000 per year for the duration of the course (except retake years) and is applicable to any UG course. One scholarship is available per academic year.

Interested parties will be asked to get in touch with the Admissions team to discuss their individual circumstances. Scholarships we be allocated to offer holders who meet the following basic criteria

  • Located in the UK with a UK immigration status which recognises that they are a refugee or have been granted humanitarian protection and unable to access or complete higher education
  • No previous study for a higher education degree in the UK or EU (this does not include periods of time in the UK or EU for study abroad, Erasmus, work or clinical placements)
  • Received an offer of admission for entry from the 91°µÍø
  • Demonstrate knowledge of, and commitment, to, their chosen course
  • Achieve a minimum level 7 in their IELTS assessment

Rufus of Ruskinmere Scholarship for Mature Students

This scholarship is available to mature students applying for a place on any 91°µÍø undergraduate course.

Value: £5,000 per year

To qualify applicants must be:

  • Over 25
  • New to Higher Education
  • Out of education for five years prior to the commencement of the course they are applying to study

For those applying for the Nursing or Veterinary Medicine courses, the interview scores will be combined with this information and for those applying for the Biosciences courses, their personal statement will be assessed. The most suitable candidate will be offered the scholarship once all offers have been processed and before the UCAS decision deadline, usually in May.

91°µÍø University of London Scholarship

These scholarships are funded by the University of London and aim to help young people across London flourish – while narrowing social, economic and health inequalities.

Country: UK – London
Value: £5,000 per year for three years
No. of awards: Two students per year

Recipients must be from London (within the M25), from an ethnic minority background and from a low participation neighbourhood, using HEFCE POLAR 4 and Index of Multiple Deprivation data. Applicants meeting these criteria will be identified post A-Level results day in August and asked to answer a series of questions to demonstrate why they deserve the scholarship. A shortlist is sent to a reviewing panel who score the applications and the scholarship will be awarded by the agreed deadline.
